Staff Assistant / Customer Service Rep
Sunrise Data Services is a full service data company with a focus on new technologies and donor management. Sunrise is a division of HSP Direct, which was recently named in Inc. We are looking for individuals to help us continue to grow while providing a strong client based customer support unit which focuses on maximizing data quality and data services for our clients. Our focus is on donor management in the conservative fundraising space.
We need someone who will anticipate and respond to client needs by seeking and acting on their feedback and ensuring employees value the customer’s perspective. We are looking for dynamic individuals who would thrive in a small business atmosphere and who have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
This is an entry level position. Successful candidates must be extremely organized, personable, detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- General office duties and other tasks to help support the Sunrise Data Services team
- Assist in filling orders and data manipulation
- Managing the front office
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree
- A positive attitude and an earnest interest in providing great customer service to all of our clients
- Be extremely well organized with superior attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several tasks simultaneously, and have a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and desire to be part of a great team
- Knowledge of conservative politics and current events
