Jeff Duggan, President, Sunrise Data Services

After working in the information technology industry for more than a decade, Jeff partnered with HSP Direct to form the full service data management company, Sunrise Data Services in 2004. Jeff utilized his entrepreneurial spirit and started Sunrise from the ground up. With his work ethic and focus on customer service, Sunrise now manages data for over 70 clients ranging from agencies and list companies to non-profits and political candidates.

Jeff’s combination of vision and technical experience has directed the development of a cutting edge, online, multi database system, which has allowed for Sunrise to become more efficient internally, allowing for a focused campaign on providing the best customer service to his clients. This online system has allowed for all Sunrise clients to have 24x7 online access to their donors and list information. Jeff is always looking for ways in which technology can work for his clients.

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Jeff is very active in the business and direct marketing community. He is a member in the Washington DC Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO), DMA, DMAW and AFP. Jeff resides in Leesburg, VA with his wife Adrianna and 3 kids, TJ, Travis and Delainey.
